Once our equipment is set up, we accept no liability for accidents, personal injuries, or loss of property. Please carefully review our safety guidelines below to understand potential risks associated with our party rentals and to ensure a safe experience for all guests. We are fully licensed and insured.

Food & Catering

We do not provide unpackaged food (e.g., cupcakes, charcuterie boards). However, we have excellent referrals and can help arrange these services if needed.

Preparing for Your Event

• Clear the Space: Please have the designated event area fully cleared before our arrival. Our team is unable to assist with moving furniture. Note that each tent requires about four feet of width and includes a twin-sized air mattress.

• Presence During Setup: We ask that the homeowner be present during both setup and takedown.

• Guest Preparation: To enhance sanitation, please ask each guest to bring their own sleepover pillow. All items we provide are washed and sanitized between events.

• Pets: While we love pets, please ensure they are out of the setup area for their safety and for an efficient setup process. Kindly make sure the event space is free of pet hair prior to our arrival.

Safety Guideline

• Air Bed Safety: Follow Safe Sleep Guidelines to ensure safe use of air beds.

• Tents: No jumping or climbing on the tents is allowed

• Pets: To prevent damage, please keep pets off the beds. We also ask that pets are kept away during both setup and cleanup.

• Presence: We require the homeowner to be present during both setup and cleanup

• Smoke-Free Environment: for the safety and cleanliness of our equipment, we require a smoke free environment where the event is held.

Payment Methods

• We currently accept payments via Venmo and Square with emailed invoices.

• A card on file is required for any incidentals.

• Deposits must be paid in full to secure your booking date.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, it must be done 14 days prior to your event and we can offer a full refund of the deposit.

 

If you're within 14 days of your booking, we can offer a reschedule date (within 1 year of your original scheduled date)

 

If you have chosen a custom theme or custom add-ons, you will only have the option to re-schedule your sleepover.

 

If you cancel within 72 hours, you'll be required to pay for any add-ons that can't be held over until your future date (food, balloons, candy boxes)

Equipment Inspection & Damage Policy

All equipment will be examined after each event to ensure quality. Any damages will be discussed with you prior to any charges being made. If you are not notified of damages within 24 hours after your event, you will not be held responsible for any issues identified later.

FAQ

How long is the sleepover for?

 

The setup usually occurs between 10am-2pm and the tear down is the following day between 11am-1pm

These times may vary and we try to accommodate special time requests, if we can!

 

Is there a deposit? When is the remainder balance due?

 

We require a 50% deposit and the remainder is due the day of  setup

 

How much space is required for the tents?

 

Each tent is approx 4 feet wide by 6 feet long

 

How long will it take to setup & tear down?

 

It takes approx 1 hour to set up and 30 min to tear down

Do you provide pillows for sleeping?

 

We only provide decorative pillows and each guest will need to have their own personal pillows for hygiene reasons.

Can you rent the popcorn machine and arches separately?
